OUT OF BOUNDS
In or beyond any boundary, fence or hedge of the course. The nearest inside points at ground level of any boundary, fence or hedge. The car park and the driving range, as defined by white posts.
Ditch alongside 1st hole. Ditch by 12th/18th hole. Stream by 7th hole. Pond by 11th/17th hole. All these to be identified by red posts.
Pumphouse ditch and stream on 3rd and 15th holes. Stream 6th and 16th holes. Lake on 8th hole. Lake on 9th hole. All these to be identified by yellow posts.
INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE COURSE
Any roads and paths and unstaked trees within the boundaries of the course are deemed to be an integral part of the course. The ball must be played as it lies or declared unplayable.
If such a tree interferes with a player's stance or the area of the intended swing, the ball must be lifted without penalty and dropped within one club-length not nearer the hole. The ball may be cleaned when so lifted.
The building between the 2nd Tee and the 3rd Fairway, benches, ball cleaners and Tee signage plinths.
All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule 24-2. In addition, if such obstruction is within two club-lengths of the green and interferes on the line of play, relief without penalty may be obtained (App 1, part B,1).
Stones may be removed from bunkers.
GROUND UNDER REPAIR
Any area circled by a white line and/or marked by a GUR Sign is deemed to be Ground Under Repair from where relief may be taken as provided in rule 25(1). To protect winter greens (when not in play) play is prohibited. A player must lift and drop not nearer the hole (Rule 24-26)(i) applied).
